What is the minimum purchase if I want to order directly from the factory?
Different products have different minimum requirements depending on their type. The minimum invoice amount is $150.00.
What should I do if I have purchased your product and it is defective?
Please call us with the details and we will do everything we can to take care of the problem.
How do I place an order?
Mitchellace accepts orders via phone, fax, email and via EDI.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the shipment, the chosen carrier and the destination of the shipment. Contact us for information on how you can get free shipping.
Can I place an order to ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Please call us and we'll help with all of the arrangements.
What do you call the little plastic things on the end of the shoelaces?
They're called aglets.
How can I determine what length of shoelaces I need to order for our shoes?
Just tell us what type of shoe and how many pairs of eyelets are in the shoe and we will make a recommendation. Another way is to measure an old shoelace from the shoe.
If I have a lace design that I really like, is there a way you can duplicate it for me?
Yes! Just send us a sample of the lace and we will manufacture a duplicate sample for your approval.
What is your standard lead-time for bulk product?
Because our laces are custom made, we like to provide custom lead times to each of our customers. Please call us to obtain a customized lead time for your order.
